Tab Trade — The Short Version
TabTrade opened in Q1 2026. Online broker registered in Saint Lucia, licensed through the FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.
The BlackBull connection matters. It means the leadership is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. It is more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.
The broker opened with execution through Equinix servers. Same data centres banks and hedge funds use. Usually a new brokerage leads with marketing and bonuses. TabTrade led with infrastructure. Unusual for a new broker.
What you can trade: FX, indices, gold, silver, commodities, stock CFDs, crypto, exchange-traded funds. 1,000+. For something that launched in March 2026, the breadth is solid.
What You Trade On
They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and web trading. Both platforms from one account. A lot of brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Having both is useful. You are not locked into one.
MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Full charting, automated trading, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have traded on a MetaQuotes platform previously, it is familiar territory.
cTrader is the more modern one. Better depth of market. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders prefer it after using both.
Direct FIX connectivity is there for algo traders but requires the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is said to be in the works. That should make the platform set when it lands.
Accounts and Pricing
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. Commission-free. Straightforward. $0 to start. Works for people who want simple pricing.
Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 each way. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On liquid pairs, the actual interbank spread is often below 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost can be under half a pip. That is hard to beat for an offshore broker. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level require a minimum deposit. Tab Trade does not.
VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, negotiated fees. Not something most retail traders. Skip it unless you move real size.
How Fast Are the Fills
The speed is the area where this broker separates from most new launches. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. These are not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers run 100ms to 300ms.
Does this affect you? If you scalp, absolutely. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you will not notice. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That says something about priorities.
Pair those fill times with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get holds up. Few brokers with no minimum deposit run Equinix connectivity.
Regulation
This is the detail you need to be straight about. Tab Trade is licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No ASIC. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. Lots of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.
But. The founder spent years at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The server placement is expensive. Scam brokers do not invest in tier-1 data centre access. None of this make it safe. But factor into your decision.
The deal: you give up tier-1 protection. What you get instead: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether the trade-off makes sense depends on you.
The Bonus
Tab Trade runs a deposit bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Typical welcome offer. You deposit, the broker credit extra capital. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Read the conditions before you deposit.
